Re: What's your favorite way to be sad ?
I cannot look at myself when I'm sad
Re: Avoid over-scheduling. Leave buffer time between tasks or meetings to reduce stress and allow for unexpected delays.
I agree, this is pretty good advice, I should be leaving some time between each time block of the day.
Re: Introverted vs Extroverted: WEEKEND PLANS
Haha that's exactly what's happening, as an INTJ, I'm just gonna stay inside, and I'm working on a new diet plan and workout plan, it's going well so far I did extensive research on it, and now happy to be implementing it, I'm gonna watch Spirited Away with my friends for movie nights and yap with them. Other than this I have got some chores and some work and studying to do.
Re: What's your favorite way to be sad ?
Yess it makes me more sad, but I like it cause the songs are relatable and it feels like being understood. I don't recommend doing it
Re: What's your favorite way to be sad ?
Usually it's just listening to sad music, and taking the entire day off, looking around from my balcony or laying in bed. I dont really talk much with anyone if I'm too sad unless it's a close friend who I feel can understand me.
Re: Why is the sky green?
Cause you are not from earth
Re: Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
Same, or even meeting my relatives, for whatever family gathering there is. I just try to skip these events
Re: What is an interesting thing you use ChatGPT for?
Yeah sometimes I use it for meal plan, but my meals are usually the same
Re: What is an interesting thing you use ChatGPT for?
I upload pics of every meal I had in the day and let it calculate exact amount of calories, macro and micronutrients I get in a day, and balance it in the next meals I have I also brainstorm my ideas with it, ask it to criticize me and support my ideas. But mostly I just use it to know about anything quick and ask it specific doubts, it great for learning fast, by just asking questions that come to mind.
Re: Research finds parental supervision doesn’t really help curb teens' social media use
Hmm ofcourse parental supervision doesn't help much, yet it's necessary to some extent only. I think it's much better to educate them on the dangerous present on social media, and other harms it can do. And keep giving them a few examples from real life so they can atleast be aware of it. Social Media is built to keep us addicted, to beat addiction people gotta do other stuff. Having no phones while eating together is a good practise at home. Maybe playing board games together or just having fun quality time with kids can take them off screens, Helping them build a hobby, like art, music, dance, reading, sports etc must help more than just saying use your phone and social media less.
Re: Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
I'm Introverted, have always been that way. My MBTI personality type is INTJ. Not that I don't like social interaction, but it just drains me.
Re: Home remedies for colds flu
I don't really have a lot of remedies, but I think there are ways to avoid falling sick in the first place. 1. Stay clean : mostly we catch the flu from other people, so maintain certain distance, don't touch too many surfaces, keep washing your hands and face, maybe take a shower after reaching home Prevention is better than cure. 2. The moment you feel like falling sick, take the medicine immediately, I usually take paracetamol and ibuprofen. Make sure you are clean the surfaces around you are clean 3. Make sure to be comfy, if being in a blanket feels comfy, do that, take soup or any comfort food you like, better if it's not cold and sugary. 4. Rest: If you just took food and your medicine, and slept, most times body recovers quick with a healthy immune system. Do not look at screens, reduce overstimulating, take complete rest. During sleep I feel body works best to recover by itself. 5. Make sure to stay hydrated, take Vit C, lemon honey ginger tea helps, use black pepper, add turmeric spice to your food.
Re: I was today years old when I found out that listening to the same song on repeat to focus likely means you have ADHD
I definitely have ADHD and I listen to songs on repeat to focus, I listen to them until I get bored of it completely
Re: do you actually relate to your mbti type?
I relate with my MBTI, I'm an INTJ, and every time I give any test, it comes out the same. Even when I see my abilities, it's very much same as the cognitive abilities INTJ have most developed. Tests can give wrong results, cause people have different perspectives and understand each question differently. But usually an expert can be identified easily what MBTI a person is, if they can answer questions honestly
