  • Stripe Payment Data: Payment method information (card last 4 digits, masked), billing information, transaction history (for web subscriptions)
  • Subscription Status: Active subscriptions, renewal dates, subscription periods
  • Note: We do not store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by Apple and Stripe

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

  • When Requested: Only when you tap "Take Photo" or "Camera" button

Photo Library Access

  • Purpose: To select existing photos from your device for posts and profile pictures
  • When Requested: Only when you tap "Choose Photo" or "Gallery" button
  • Data Collected: Photos you explicitly select to upload
  • How to Manage: iOS Settings → OddsRabbit → Photos | Android Settings → Apps → OddsRabbit → Permissions → Photos and videos

Notifications

  • Purpose: To send real-time alerts for messages, mentions, replies, and activity updates
  • When Requested: On first app launch or when you enable notifications
  • Data Collected: Device push token, notification preferences, delivery status
  • How to Manage: iOS Settings → Notifications → OddsRabbit | Android Settings → Apps → OddsRabbit → Notifications

Mobile-Specific Data Collection

Device Identifiers

  • Expo Push Token: Unique identifier for sending push notifications to your device
  • Device ID: Anonymous identifier for analytics and crash reporting

Local Storage

Our mobile app stores data locally on your device:

  • Third-Party Processing: Expo processes push tokens and notification content to deliver notifications to your device

Attribution Tracking

We collect attribution data to understand how users discover our app:

Subscription and Payment Data

  • Subscription Status: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year for accounting purposes

  • Payment Method Information: Stored by Apple/Stripe, not by OddsRabbit

Deleted Account Data

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Immediate: Your account is deactivated and inaccessible
  • Within 30 Days: Personal data is removed from active systems
  • Public Content: Posts and comments you made will be anonymized (username replaced with "Deleted User")
  • Private Data: Messages, profile information, and account details are permanently deleted
  • Subscriptions: Active subscriptions are cancelled (no refunds for partial periods)
  • Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days

Even after account deletion, we may retain certain data:
