How are you dealing with dark mode in your email templates?

Just recently switched my iPhone over to dark mode and noticed that all of OddsRabbits email templates are now looking a bit rough. Going through the templates right now but curious how others are dealing with dark mode in their emails.

For your logo: delete the background, add a stroke to the outline, then fill in the logo (as needed). I also opted to use text for the logo name rather than an image so it is automatically converted.
