Whoops! Old notification email issue fixed

Some of you might've just received an old notification email from us - sorry about that!

The issue has been fixed.

It was a bug related to our email history database getting cleaned every 90 days, so our mailer didn't know the email was already sent.

On a high note, it made me realize that the /chat page was never set up so that'll be coming up soon!
