Rift of Radiance is a rift that brings you to the Otherworld. You can enter the rift after finding and activating the Altar of Radiance.

Just entered my first Rift of Beginnings having no idea what to expect since I couldn't find anything online on it. Rift of Beginnings sends you to a new area with a well, a merchant, and an Alter of Transcendence before the final boss fight. It's basically the final boss of the run. If you don't want to end your run yet, you can choose to go into the other portal instead.

One of the best roguelites I've played in years. You can see the inspiration from multiple games, including POE, where your skills are transformed from essences. Highly highly recommended if you're into roguelites. Here's a video from a small streamer I like (Gohjoe).
