1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OddsRabbit (the "Service"), including our website accessible from https://www.oddsrabbit.com and our mobile applications available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Applicable copyright and trademark laws protect all materials on the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

Modify, copy, or distribute the materials without explicit permission
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in printed or electronic format.

3. Independent Communities and Brand Affiliations

Communities on OddsRabbit that discuss brands, companies, sports leagues, or organizations ("Entities") are subject to the following terms:

All communities are independent fan communities created and managed by users, unless specified otherwise
Communities are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the respective Entities in any way, unless specified otherwise
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners
OddsRabbit does not claim any official association with these Entities

Users creating communities about Entities must:

Clearly indicate the community's independent status
Respect trademark rights and intellectual property laws
Not misrepresent the community as officially affiliated with the Entity
Moderate content to prevent misleading claims of official affiliation

4. User Responsibilities

When participating in communities, users must:

Clearly understand they are engaging with independent fan discussions, not official brand channels
Not claim to represent or speak on behalf of any Entity
Respect intellectual property rights
Follow community guidelines and moderator instructions

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials and services on the Service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OddsRabbit expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of materials

6. Limitation of Liability

OddsRabbit and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

The use or inability to use the Service or materials
Server failures or downtime
Content errors or omissions
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Content and Corrections

Materials on the Service may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors
OddsRabbit does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of materials
OddsRabbit may modify Service content at any time without notice
OddsRabbit is not committed to updating materials

8. Third-Party Links

OddsRabbit does not review all linked third-party websites
Links do not imply endorsement or approval
Users access third-party sites at their own risk
OddsRabbit is not responsible for third-party content or practices

9. Modifications to Terms

OddsRabbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Subscription Terms

OddsRabbit offers optional community subscriptions through our mobile apps and website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms. Creators offering subscriptions must also follow our Creator Guidelines.

13.1 Subscription Plans

Community creators on OddsRabbit may offer subscription-based memberships to their communities. Subscription plans vary by community and may include different pricing tiers, features, and benefits. Each community's subscription details (price, duration, features) are displayed before purchase.

13.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

For Apple App Store Subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal charge will be the same price as the original subscription unless you are notified in advance of a price change

For Web/Stripe Subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your payment method on file at the confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date
You will be charged on the same day each month (or annual period for annual subscriptions)

Renewal Reminders:

For subscriptions approaching renewal, you may receive a reminder notification via email or in-app notification before the renewal charge occurs
Renewal reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not affect your subscription status or billing

13.3 Subscription Management and Cancellation

For Apple App Store Subscriptions:

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
To cancel, open the Settings app on your iOS device → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the subscription you want to cancel → tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
You will retain access to the subscription until the end of the current billing period
Visit Apple Support for detailed instructions on managing subscriptions

For Web/Stripe Subscriptions:

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions from your OddsRabbit account settings
Navigate to Settings → Subscriptions to view and manage all your active subscriptions
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

13.4 Price Changes

Community creators may change subscription prices at any time. If a price increase occurs:

You will be notified in advance of the price change
For Apple App Store subscriptions, Apple will notify you and require your consent before charging the new price
For web subscriptions, you will be notified via email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect
You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect to avoid the new price

13.5 Refund Policy

For Apple App Store Subscriptions:

All sales are final unless required by law
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
OddsRabbit does not have access to process refunds for Apple App Store purchases

For Web/Stripe Subscriptions:

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
Contact us at [email protected] with your refund request
We reserve the right to deny refund requests for subscriptions that have been used or accessed

13.6 Payment Processor

Apple App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's Services Agreement
OddsRabbit does not store your payment information directly

13.7 Subscription Benefits and Features

Subscription benefits vary by community and are determined by community creators
Benefits may include exclusive content, special badges, early access to features, or other perks
Community creators may modify subscription benefits at any time, subject to the following conditions:

If subscription benefits are significantly reduced, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notification
You may cancel your subscription within this notice period without penalty
No refunds will be provided for the current billing period unless required by law

OddsRabbit does not guarantee specific benefits and is not responsible for benefit changes made by community creators
If a community is deleted or a creator discontinues a subscription tier, your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will occur

13.8 Subscription Limits

Apple App Store subscriptions are limited to 2 active community subscriptions per Apple ID due to App Store guidelines
To subscribe to more than 2 communities, use our web platform where creators keep a larger share of your support
Web subscriptions have no limit on the number of communities you can support

13.9 Free Trials

Some communities may offer free trial periods for subscriptions. If a free trial is offered:

The trial period duration will be clearly displayed before you start the trial
You will not be charged during the trial period
The subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends
You may cancel during the trial period without being charged

13.10 Account Termination

If your OddsRabbit account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, all active subscriptions will be cancelled
No refunds will be provided for subscriptions cancelled due to Terms of Service violations
You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before deleting your account

13.11 Subscription Sharing and Transfers

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable to other users
Subscriptions cannot be shared with other OddsRabbit accounts
Subscriptions cannot be gifted, resold, or transferred to another person
Apple Family Sharing is not supported for OddsRabbit subscriptions
Each subscription is tied to the purchasing account and cannot be used by others

14. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

OddsRabbit allows users to create and share content including posts, comments, messages, and media. By posting content on OddsRabbit, you agree to the following terms. For a user-friendly summary of our content rules, see our Community Guidelines.

14.1 Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and post on OddsRabbit
By posting content, you grant OddsRabbit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and improving the platform
This license continues even if you stop using OddsRabbit, unless you delete your content
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post
You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights

14.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party
Contains software viruses, malware, or any other harmful computer code, files, or programs
Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation
Violates the privacy rights of any third party, including posting private information without consent
Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance policy)
Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Contains false or misleading information presented as fact
Interferes with or disrupts the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform

14.3 Content Moderation

OddsRabbit employs a combination of automated systems and manual moderation to enforce community guidelines
Community moderators (appointed by community creators) may remove content that violates community-specific rules
OddsRabbit staff may remove content that violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws
We respond to content reports within 24 hours during business days
Repeated violations of community guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination
We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice
Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting [email protected]

14.4 Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these Terms or community guidelines, use the "Report" button to flag it for review
When reporting content, provide a specific reason for the report and any relevant context
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and community moderators
You will not receive individual updates on every report, but serious violations will be addressed promptly
False or malicious reports intended to harass other users may result in penalties to your account

14.5 User Blocking and Muting

You may block users to prevent unwanted interactions
Blocked users cannot send you direct messages, see your profile, or interact with your content
You will not see content from blocked users in your feeds or notifications
Blocking is a personal account setting and does not affect the blocked user's ability to use OddsRabbit
You can manage your blocked users list in your account settings

14.6 Age-Appropriate Content

You must be at least 13 years old to use OddsRabbit
Communities marked as NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or containing mature content require age verification and explicit user consent (see Section 18 for full NSFW policy)
Content that exceeds our app's age rating will be age-gated and require confirmation of age
Users who provide false information about their age may have their accounts terminated
Community creators must appropriately label mature or NSFW content

14.7 Copyright Claims (DMCA)

OddsRabbit respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on OddsRabbit infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected] with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Location of the infringing material on OddsRabbit (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was improper
Repeated copyright infringement by users may result in account termination

14.8 Vote Manipulation

Vote manipulation, including the use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or coordinated voting to artificially inflate or deflate vote counts, is strictly prohibited
Asking others to vote on your content or organizing voting campaigns is not permitted
Users found engaging in vote manipulation will face penalties including content removal, vote weight reduction, or account suspension

15. Messaging and Private Communication

15.1 Message Types

OddsRabbit supports two types of messaging:

Direct Messages (DMs): Private one-on-one conversations between two users
Group Chats: Private conversations involving multiple users

15.2 Message Retention and Deletion

Messages are retained indefinitely unless you delete them
Deleting a message removes it from your view, but the recipient's copy may remain
Deleting a conversation removes all messages from your account but does not affect other participants' copies
Deleted messages may persist in backups for up to 90 days

15.3 Message Privacy and Encryption

Important: Messages on OddsRabbit are not end-to-end encrypted
Messages are transmitted securely using TLS encryption but are stored in readable format on our servers
OddsRabbit staff may access messages for moderation purposes, safety investigations, or legal compliance
Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details via OddsRabbit messages

15.4 Message Reporting and Moderation

You can report messages that violate our Terms of Service or community guidelines
Reported messages are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions on messaging, or account suspension
Harassment, threats, spam, or illegal content in messages will result in immediate action

15.5 Conversation Management

You can leave group conversations at any time
You can block users to prevent them from sending you messages
You can mute conversations to stop receiving notifications without leaving the conversation
Group conversation creators can remove participants or delete the entire conversation

16. Notifications

16.1 Notification Types

OddsRabbit may send you notifications through various channels:

Push Notifications: Real-time alerts sent to your mobile device for messages, mentions, replies, and activity updates
Email Notifications: Account updates, security alerts, subscription reminders, and important announcements
In-App Notifications: Activity feed showing mentions, votes, comments, and other interactions

16.2 Notification Content

Notifications may include:

New direct messages or group chat messages
Mentions of your username in posts or comments
Replies to your comments
Votes or reactions on your content
Community activity and announcements
Subscription renewal reminders
Account security alerts
Platform updates and announcements

16.3 Notification Preferences and Opt-Out

You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings
For Push Notifications (Mobile):
- iOS: Settings app → Notifications → OddsRabbit → Toggle notifications on/off
- Android: Settings app → Apps → OddsRabbit → Notifications → Toggle notifications on/off
- You can also manage push notification preferences within the OddsRabbit app settings
For Email Notifications: Adjust email preferences in your account settings or use the unsubscribe link in emails
Certain critical notifications (security alerts, legal notices) cannot be disabled

16.4 Third-Party Notification Services

Push notifications on mobile are delivered through Expo Push Notification Service
Expo processes your device push token and notification content to deliver notifications
Notification data is transmitted securely and not stored long-term by Expo
Review Expo's privacy policy at https://expo.dev/privacy

17. Content Upload and Storage

17.1 File Types and Size Limits

Supported image formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Maximum image size: 10MB per image
Maximum dimensions: 8000x8000 pixels
Other file types may be supported in the future; limits may change with notice

17.2 Storage Duration

Uploaded content (images, videos) is stored indefinitely until you delete it
Content associated with deleted posts or comments remains in storage for 30 days before permanent deletion
Profile pictures and community images are stored until replaced or account deletion
Deleted content may persist in backups for up to 90 days

17.3 Content Moderation and Scanning

Uploaded images may be automatically scanned for prohibited content including NSFW material, violence, or illegal content
PhotoDNA Scanning: Images are scanned using Microsoft's PhotoDNA technology to detect known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) by comparing image hashes against the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) database. Detected CSAM is automatically reported to NCMEC.
Automated systems may flag content for manual review by moderators
Content that violates our guidelines will be removed and may result in account penalties

17.4 Content Deletion

You can delete your own posts, comments, and uploaded media at any time
Deleting a post or comment removes the text and associated media
Deleted content may remain visible to other users temporarily due to caching
Content deleted from your account is permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days
Copies in backups may persist for up to 90 days

17.5 Mobile App Permissions

Camera Access: Required to take photos for posts and profile pictures. Photos are only uploaded when you confirm.
Photo Library Access: Required to select existing photos from your device. We only access photos you explicitly choose to upload.
You can revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time
OddsRabbit does not access your camera or photo library without your permission

18. NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content Policy

OddsRabbit allows communities to host adult content under strict guidelines. This section outlines our NSFW content policy, user requirements, and platform rules.

18.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to access NSFW communities and content on OddsRabbit
When enabling NSFW content in your settings, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
This age confirmation is a one-time requirement that is recorded on your account
Providing false information about your age to access NSFW content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination
OddsRabbit reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time

18.2 NSFW Community Designation

Communities containing adult, mature, or sexually explicit content must be designated as NSFW by their creators
Community creators are responsible for accurately marking their communities as NSFW when appropriate
OddsRabbit staff may designate any community as NSFW if the content warrants it, regardless of creator preferences
Communities that should be marked NSFW include those containing:
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content depicting drug use or abuse
- Other mature themes inappropriate for minors
Failure to properly designate a community as NSFW may result in warnings, forced NSFW designation, or community removal

18.3 Enabling NSFW Content (User Responsibility)

NSFW content is disabled by default for all users
To view NSFW communities and content, you must explicitly enable this option in your account settings on our web platform (this setting is not available in our mobile apps)
Enabling NSFW content requires age confirmation (see Section 18.1)
You can disable NSFW content at any time in your settings on the web
By enabling NSFW content, you acknowledge that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- Viewing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction
- You take full responsibility for any content you view
- OddsRabbit is not responsible for any harm resulting from viewing NSFW content

18.4 NSFW Content Access Controls

OddsRabbit implements multiple layers of access control for NSFW content:

Logged-out users: Cannot access NSFW communities and will be prompted to log in
Logged-in users with NSFW disabled: Cannot access NSFW communities and will be directed to enable NSFW in settings
Logged-in users with NSFW enabled: Will see a warning before entering each NSFW community for the first time
NSFW communities are clearly labeled with an "NSFW" badge throughout the platform
NSFW content may be blurred or hidden by default, requiring explicit action to reveal

18.5 Prohibited NSFW Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on OddsRabbit, even in NSFW-designated communities:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors in sexual situations is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance. This includes real, computer-generated, or cartoon/animated depictions. Violations will be reported to law enforcement. See our Child Safety Standards for our complete CSAE prevention policy.
Non-consensual content: Sexual content depicting real individuals without their consent, including revenge pornography, deepfakes, or secretly recorded material
Illegal content: Any content that depicts or promotes illegal activities, including bestiality, incest, or necrophilia
Extreme violence: Content depicting real torture, murder, or extreme gore intended to shock or disturb
Content promoting harm: Material that encourages self-harm, suicide, or harm to others
Human trafficking content: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking or sexual exploitation

Violations of prohibited content rules will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

18.6 NSFW Community Creator Responsibilities

Creators and moderators of NSFW communities have additional responsibilities:

Ensure all content posted is legal and complies with these Terms
Actively moderate communities to remove prohibited content promptly
Respond to content reports within 24 hours
Verify that posted content involving real individuals has proper consent or is from verified sources
Do not allow minors to participate in NSFW communities
Cooperate with OddsRabbit staff on moderation matters
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in loss of moderation privileges, community removal, or account termination

18.7 NSFW Content in Feeds and Recommendations

NSFW content is excluded from the main feed, trending sections, and recommendations for users who have not enabled NSFW
NSFW communities do not appear in public community listings or search results for users without NSFW enabled
Users with NSFW enabled may see NSFW content in personalized feeds and recommendations
NSFW content will always be clearly labeled regardless of user settings

18.8 Advertising in NSFW Communities

Standard advertisements are not displayed in NSFW communities
Only advertisers who have explicitly opted in to NSFW placement may have their ads shown in NSFW communities
Community creators should note that NSFW designation may affect monetization opportunities

18.9 Platform Rights Regarding NSFW Content

OddsRabbit reserves the right to:

Mark any community as NSFW at our sole discretion
Remove NSFW communities that violate our Terms without notice
Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse NSFW features
Modify NSFW policies at any time to ensure platform safety and legal compliance
Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal NSFW content
Implement additional verification requirements for NSFW access
Remove NSFW features entirely from mobile apps if required by app store policies

18.10 NSFW Profile Flag

Users may flag their own profile as containing NSFW content
Profiles flagged as NSFW will be hidden from users who have not enabled NSFW content
OddsRabbit may automatically flag profiles that frequently post NSFW content
Profile NSFW status is separate from community NSFW settings

18.11 Reporting NSFW Violations

If you encounter NSFW content that violates these Terms, use the "Report" button to flag it for review
For content involving minors or other serious violations, contact us immediately at [email protected]
Reports of illegal content are prioritized and may be forwarded to appropriate authorities
All reports are confidential; we do not disclose reporter identities to content creators
