OddsRabbit Inc. ("OddsRabbit," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the OddsRabbit platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on OddsRabbit infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved)
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the content on OddsRabbit)
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Please note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
How We Respond to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice and information about filing a counter-notification
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of New York), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, OddsRabbit maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

OddsRabbit reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
