A Community for community ideas?

Ideally the community would be called, 'Community Ideas' basic premis, is to have a community where ppl post asking the community if X community or Y community would be a good or desired community to make here.

The reason Im thinking of this, is bc it could help alleviate an influx of communities that get abandoned or no one uses them. Does that make sense? What do you think?
