This sounds kinda nuts but I go into the bathroom, sit/lie on the floor, turn on the blow dryer (on the floor, towards myself for warmth), and just close my eyes. The noise from the blow dryer creates a white noise that blocks everything else out, and the warmth from the blow dryer itself adds a nice sauna-like feeling. Then I just sort-of meditate, I guess? Really helps with my anxiety and stress.

That and the gym lol
