THEY FORGOT THE SAUCE!

Plain cheese Detroit topped with saucy buffalo chicken pieces and a ranch dressing. Garnished with fresh parsley.
Went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner last night. Mrs Nicecow had pork Al Pastor. I had the birria tacos with consumé. Little Ms. Nicecalf had a cheesy quesadilla with Mexican rice. And there was a side serving of "potachos" for us all to share.
Pepperoni for me, Mrs Nicecow had a hotdog, little Ms. Nicecalf had chicken tenders. We all shared a 2nd slice of plain cheese slice. The plain cheese was extra cheesy. My daughter (20mo) preferred the pizza. Can't think who she reminds me of...

Panuozzo is like an Italian version pita or naan, pizza dough is shaped into a disk, oiled and folded, then baked in a wood fired oven. I had chicken, pesto and homemade mozzarella with rocket (arugula). Mrs. Nicecow had mortadella, spinach, rocket and pesto. Little Ms. Nicecalf had mini one filled with cheese and tomato (not pictured).

Located in Fitzroy, Melbourne. My wife took me here for my birthday last year. We ordered 3 pizzas for 5 of us to share.
Very popular pub grub here in 'Straya. Crumbed chicken breast topped with ham, a tomato sauce and shredded cheese. Served with fries and a salad. (The salad makes it healthy, right?).

Taken after the sun came out after a big rain storm one autumn evening in Melbourne.

Aka laziji chicken. I think. Fried Chicken with dried chilies. Extremely spicy and very delicious. Pic makes it look dry but it was very juicy chicken.

Not loading properly for me. Anyone else?
For my wife's big 3-0 last year, she wanted a Mexican food themed party. A huge diy taco station and a homemade birthday cake. My daughter wore a T-shirt that had a cute taco on it that said "taco 'bout cute".
Yeah this was an interesting experiment about 4 years ago. They're not the prettiest pizzas in the world but they were actually really enjoyable. The bases are made using almond flour, mozzarella, cream cheese, egg and a bit of baking powder. The dough is called "fat head pizza dough" of you wanna look up a recipe.
Last November we had a night off from being mum and dad and got to go out for our anniversary. Naturally, we got pizzas at a restaurant called Martini & Co.
No, that's just my life sized replica of a travelers bow and ancient arrow.
Made by Mrs Nicecow a few years ago. The cake was honeycomb flavoured. 😊.
Mrs Nicecow is a better baker and chef than me. She was once contacted by a talent agent who has been stalking her insta. He wanted her to apply for Master Chef. She declined because it would mean being away from her family for too long.
