Racism in the workplace

We just hired a new analyst, and right away it seems normal to shut her down; silence her and take credit for her achievements. This feels "normal" for my team. How do I share my thoughts anonymously with my lead? No paper trail.

My partner suggested a move that got my cards closer to the enemy and we won. The walls move. They're held in place with wooden railroad ties. Just being here is part of the puzzle.

It feels like a story-driven game. Each of the people here could be someone important to me. Depending on how I interact with them our relationship will change. There's a woman with interesting facial piercings; note/mouth I wanted to look but not be rude.
