Refund & Cancellation Policy

OddsRabbit Inc. ("OddsRabbit," "we," "us," or "our") operates a community platform on which users may purchase optional monthly subscriptions to individual creators and to communities. This policy describes how those subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It applies only to paid subscriptions; the core OddsRabbit platform remains free to use.

1. Subscriptions Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Creator subscriptions — recurring monthly payments to an individual creator in exchange for access to that creator's subscriber-only content.
- Community subscriptions — recurring monthly payments to a community in exchange for access to that community's subscriber-only content and features.
OddsRabbit does not currently sell one-time products, tips, or pay-per-view content. If we add additional paid offerings in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. General Refund Terms
By subscribing, you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and platform features. Because access is granted instantly and consumed continuously throughout each billing cycle, subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy or at the discretion of OddsRabbit or the creator/community to whom the subscription is paid.
This means that completed billing cycles (cycles for which access has already been delivered) are not refunded on request. The exceptions are described in the sections below.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel any subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately and takes no more than one click; you do not need to call, email, or speak with a representative.
When you cancel:
- You will retain full access to the subscription's benefits until the end of the current billing cycle you have already paid for.
- You will not be billed again after the current cycle ends.
- Cancelling does not generate a partial refund for the unused portion of the current cycle, because access continues until the cycle ends.
To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscriptions, locate the subscription, and click Cancel Subscription.
4. Renewal Notifications
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar day as the original purchase. To help you avoid unwanted charges, we send you an email reminder three (3) days before each renewal. This reminder includes:
- The name of the creator or community being renewed
- The renewal amount and currency
- The exact date the charge will occur
- A direct link to cancel the subscription before the renewal
If you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.
5. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
We will issue a full refund for any of the following:
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription cycle.
- Charges occurring after a successful cancellation (i.e., the subscription was cancelled but a renewal still processed).
- Charges resulting from a confirmed technical fault on our side that prevented you from accessing the content you paid for.
- Charges you did not authorize, where we are reasonably able to verify the lack of authorization.
To request a billing-error refund, submit a refund request within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge, including your account email, the date of the charge, and the amount. You may also email [email protected] if you prefer. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve confirmed billing errors within five (5) business days.
6. Refunds Initiated by Creators or Communities
Creators and community owners may, at their sole discretion, issue refunds to their own subscribers — for example, in the event of a hiatus, a change in the content offered, or a goodwill gesture. Refunds initiated this way are processed by OddsRabbit on the creator's or community's behalf and are deducted from the relevant creator's or community's future earnings.
If you believe a refund from a creator or community is warranted, you may contact them directly through their OddsRabbit profile. Creators and communities are not obligated to issue discretionary refunds, and OddsRabbit cannot compel them to do so.
7. EU, UK, and EEA Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK legislation) to withdraw from a contract for digital services within fourteen (14) days of purchase, without giving any reason.
However, this right is waived if, at the time of purchase, you:
- Expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content, and
- Acknowledged that, by doing so, you would lose your right of withdrawal.
OddsRabbit collects this consent at checkout via a mandatory checkbox; subscriptions cannot be activated without it. If you did not provide that consent (for example, where the checkbox was not displayed due to a technical fault), you may exercise your withdrawal right via our refund request form within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund.
8. Auto-Renewal Disclosure
In compliance with California Business and Professions Code § 17602, New York General Business Law § 527-a, and similar laws in other jurisdictions, we disclose the following about all OddsRabbit subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
- You will be charged the same monthly amount on each renewal date, using the payment method you provided at signup, unless you cancel beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time via the in-app cancellation method described in Section 3, with no fees, calls, or paperwork required.
- If the subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
These terms are also presented in conspicuous form on the checkout page before any payment is processed.
9. Dispute Resolution — Contact Us Before Your Bank
We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly. If something looks wrong on your statement or you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a refund request — or email [email protected] — before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 24 hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your case being represented to your bank with documentation showing that you did not exhaust our published dispute-resolution process.
10. Refunds in the Event of Account Termination
If your account is terminated by OddsRabbit for a violation of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other policies, no refund will be issued for any active subscription, and any unused portion of the current billing cycle is forfeited.
If your account is terminated by OddsRabbit for reasons unrelated to your conduct (for example, if we discontinue a service), we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of any active subscription.
11. How Charges Appear on Your Statement
Charges from OddsRabbit will appear on your bank or card statement as ODDSRABBIT.COM followed by a short identifier. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please check whether it matches a creator or community subscription on your account before disputing it; if you are unsure, contact [email protected] and we will help identify it.
12. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider, and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we initiate the refund. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or payment method than the one originally charged.
13. Modifications to This Policy
OddsRabbit reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not be applied retroactively to refund requests submitted before the change date.
