Amazing. What do you need to take space photography like this? I'm assuming pricey equipment is involved

Thanks! Actually, pricey equipment is not necessary! You just need:


- A DSLR or mirrorless camera with manual controls.
- A wide angle lens (10 - 24mm - ish) that can shoot at an aperture of f1.2 to 2.8.
- A sturdy tripod
- A place with little or no city lights under a new moon or slight crescent moon.

Those are the basics, but there are plenty of tutorials out their that can guide you! Go for it!

(I DO have pricey equipment - but this is equally achievable with basic DSLRs as well :))
