Anniversary pizza

Last November we had a night off from being mum and dad and got to go out for our anniversary. Naturally, we got pizzas at a restaurant called Martini & Co.

I had "Three Little Pigs":

Diced Ham, Italian hot salami, grilled bacon, olives, spanish onion, capsicum, mozzarella cheese and house Napoli. I requested no capsicum (Bell pepper).

It was ok. But the problem is, I just always think mine are better 😂

Visual alone, I can tell yours is better!

I dunno what it is, I feel like all these pizza places use the same bases. Like buying the dough premade from a factory? I can't prove it but they all look, taste, and feel exactly the same.

Probably a pizza dough mix that they just have to add water to or something.

That makes sense. That’s similar to how the US works now. Saw a video recently on how 2-3 (?) companies supply 90% of the food in the US so most restaurants uses the same cheese, chicken tenders etc

I think I saw that same video. About Sysco, Performance Food Service and US Foods?

It's kinda crazy.

My drink was a virgin Russian sour. Vodka 0%, mixed berry, lemon juice
and egg white
