Looks fine to me. I doubt Mark Iacono would class it as pizza, but it just looks like a variation of pizza fritta, where the Neapolitan dough is deep fried before being topped and finished in the oven.
The toppings are definitely not for me, but I understand that mayo is quite common as a pizza topping in India.
