She has been through so much in the music and film industries. It is great to hear that she is taking a break for herself after a very long run of pretty consistent output.
And, damn, this is a hell of a statement video to drop the mic on.

I've worked in both the music and film industries, and they are both very soul-draining places. You will be eaten alive if you're not protective of your self and your sanity.

I agree. I find that people are becoming more entitled and inhumane in fan spaces. They dehumanize artists. They want to control artists but then wonder why all films and tv are spin offs and AI.

Agreed. I’ve enjoyed Mike Posner’s journey the last 7 years. Hoping she finds the peace and comfort she wants.

I hope she continues to be able to perform. She genuinely enjoys making music. A few kpop artists have begun legal proceedings against insane fans so I hope more artists do. Celeb gossip is an alt right pipeline
