Parking lot door dings
So, I was sitting in my car in the parking lot of a professional building (not that the location matters) when my car literally shakes because the person parked to the right of me opened their door into my passenger side.
My reaction was an immediate, WTF? The offending driver (also in a nice, late model vehicle) looks over and shrugs with an oops look on their face.
Said driver was befuddled at the fact that I got out of my car and had issue with the fact that they were going to call it good with a shrug and a "sorry" mouthed through closed windows and drive away.
Am I wrong to express my displeasure? Especially since they got out and said, look, no damage. Prior to getting of of their car they didn't know that because they didn't even look.
I get it, shit happens but this person was going to drive away with an 'oh well' attitude.
Had I not been in the car I may have never known but I was and it really grinds my gears.

Ugh sorry that happened, that shit definitely ruins the day.
Would it have been better if they got right away and took a look and apologized? I've accidentally done this once before as I was getting out the car. Honestly no idea how to handle this situation lol.
