Another Panuozzo Sandwich Night

Panuozzo is like an Italian version pita or naan, pizza dough is shaped into a disk, oiled and folded, then baked in a wood fired oven.

I had chicken, pesto and homemade mozzarella with rocket (arugula). Mrs. Nicecow had mortadella, spinach, rocket and pesto. Little Ms. Nicecalf had mini one filled with cheese and tomato (not pictured).
