Sure would love to sink my teeth into those soft, warm, and delectable cookie bites and let those steamy pieces of chocolate chip melt in my mouth. I'd give anything for some of those, all I've got here at home are these god damn rock hard Great Value sandwich creme cookies.

I refrigerate my cookies before I bake so they do hold shape better. They do look a little rounder on top 😊
