I just purchased some Argentinian shrimp. Tis looks fun, easy, and tasty.

Ha! I guess I didn't look at this guy as an "influencer" but I guess he did influence you and I to take action.
I am a wanna be home chef. Mostly I look to recipes as a starting point from which I add or subtract to suit my own preferences.
I just received new kitchen scales for my birthday so I am going to follow his ingredient list to the T. The only change I will make is to use ghee instead of evoo for toasting the roll.
