Memorial Day Fare

BBQ Ribs on the grill! I used pecan and hickory chunks to add smoke. I put Kosmo’s Cow Cover and BBQ Pit Boys SPG on it for the cook, then slapped some BBQ sauce on it for the last 15 min.
