A high protein snack!
I’m not a big fan of Garbonzo beans aka chickpeas, but I have a few cans in the pantry and wanted to try a little snack I’ve seen online. I drained them, tossed them in olive oil, onion powder, smoked paprika and salt and put them in the air fryer at 400° for about 25 minutes, shaking them 1/2 way. Not bad! A nice crunchy snack full of protein and lots of other nutrients! I’m quite pleased with myself. I’ll have to try some other seasoning next time.

Sounds like a healthier alternative than fried snack corn kernels. Chickpeas are everywhere in Norway, but never heard them be called Garbonzo beans before. My vegan friend gave me my first proper introduction to them.
You ever tried Ethiopian food? They have some chickpea based kind of mush you put on bread and it is absolutely amazing! I recommend you try it sometime.
