I kinda wish that if I refreshed my home feed, I'd get posts that I haven't seen yet (enhances discoverability). Though if that is implemented, having a "recents" feed that showed posts I've reviewed, even if that was just scrolling past, would be nice.

The desktop has a 2 minute cache and “seen” system (based on scroll position). That can probably be softened up a bit though to match.

The cache has been removed and refreshes on the homepage should always return new posts now
