Community Quick Filters

I'd like to tag (privately) the communities I'm in so that when I click on "communities" I could filter based on those tags. Additionally, it would be nice to filter to communities I'm a mod in.

This could apply to other UI elements too, such as when creating a post, you can quickly filter.
