Hi, I’m Will, based in England.

I’ve set this up as a space for proper help and support around DJI products. If something isn’t working, confusing, or just not behaving as expected, post it here and we’ll get it figured out.

I’ve been flying commercially for around 14 years and currently run two drone businesses. Over that time I’ve worked across a wide range of DJI platforms including S800, S900, Phantom series, Spark, Air, Inspire, Mini, Mavic and Matrice.

Happy to help where I can, and ideally this becomes a place where others do the same.

If you’re asking for help, include as much detail as possible. Model, firmware, app version and what’s actually happening.
