Nostalgic About Reddit Moons? So Were We — So We Built It Better

Hey /c/cryptocurrency,

If you were around for Reddit Moons, you know what it meant to the crypto community. And if you've been watching since, you know the community that kept MOONS alive has been fighting an uphill battle with Reddit ever since.

We built $oddsrabbit because we believe in the community token vision - with a platform that fully supports it.

The basics will feel familiar — monthly distributions based on your contributions, tipping, token burns funded by platform revenue, and governance features that give you a voice in community decisions. Opt-in only, and when distributions launch, activity from today forward will be eligible.

But we want to give it proper support and more features than Moons ever received. Every $oddsrabbit transaction carries a small fee that goes to charitable giving. And if you tip a creator outside the crypto community — say a photographer in /c/photography — the value automatically routes to their charity of choice. No wallet required - we're aiming to bridge the gap between social and cryptocurrency.

A few things worth knowing upfront: of the 1 billion total supply, 499 million tokens are locked exclusively for future community distributions — no plans to sell.

"We think of each community within OddsRabbit like a server on Discord," said founder Jing. "Each community can have unique features that serve its users. A crypto community having a crypto token just fits — the same way a gaming community might have tournaments or achievements."

For the full roadmap, plans, and details of $oddsrabbit, please refer to our megathread here.

A formal press release on this will be released Monday, March 2nd, 2026.
