Audio File in Post
I was trying to include an audio file (mp3) in a post. Is that possible?
I got around it by converting the MP3 to an MOV file. But now there's a big black play box instead of the typical audio play strip. It works, but...
mp3 converted to MOV for uploading

There isn’t an audio only feature atm but that sounds like a good idea!
It'd be really good, especially for a music community/blog
I tried both Spotify and Apple Music but, in both cases, it posts like a lick to an article with a big image. And Spotify requires people to login to listen, which can be a pain.
Looking back at potentially implementing this - were you going to use this for music/mp3s?
My worry about that is the DMCA issues with music. Gotta think about this lol
Yes, it was just for music.
I could use an Apple Music link, that would enable people to listen without the need to login.
It’d just be could if the link isn’t a full box like with news links. If audio links could just show a simple audio sound bar.
