Home remedies for colds flu

Does anyone have any home remedies for colds and flu? I have a couple.

1. Sore throat I have gargled with white vinegar. Also lemon juice with water. Lots of vitamin C.

I typically like to take allergy medicine like Zyrtec D and some ibuprofen. Helps inflammation and decongestant. And lots of fluids and sleep haha
