Creatine beginner

Anyone take creatine ? , it’s helped me have more energy and motivated,,,probs a 50% placebo effect but I do see a change in gains on my arms and chest and more energy , + counting my cals hopefully I can get this body together

Creatine actually works by building up inside your muscle cells over time. So it takes time for your muscles to be saturated  with it. However, you don’t need to worry about any of that as long as you’re improving and getting stronger in the gym.

Keep the intensity high bro, you will start seeing the benefits

I probably should, I know it’s well studied but I try not to put too many extra things in my body (other than the copious amount of caffeine lol)

Yeah that’s valid , caffeine makes me crazy even though I drink a bunch of diet cokes. But imma just stay at creatine I’m not brave to go down the roide route

Yea don’t do it haha, I was tempted a few years back too, glad I didn’t. My friend who is taking the light stuff has gotten a bunch of weird side effects from it
