Spaghetti with ground beef is super easy and friendly for the American palate. I like beans, ground beef, egg, potato, and tortilla. Thats easy too. Sometimes I do fried rice with leftover rice and meat.
My gf likes noodle, congee, or boiled pork and rice. Very asian palate.
Im always feeling like I need more fiber in my diet though. She eats a lot of fruit but I dont really. Im not a very good eater.
I used to not be that great at eating fruit/veg/fibre but it ended up being I just didnt like how I was made to eat them as a kid, much better now I'm an adult and can freely experiment with food
Usually just pasta with some sauce from a jar or one I prepare myself. Or if I can't be bothered to cook at all, I just eat ice cream π ice cream counts as a meal I think. I suppose steak and rice/potatoes are super simple dinners I enjoy but that depends more on my budget π
Haha I could never replace a meal with ice cream but jar pasta is easy breezy and tasty. Do you ever fancy it up? Sometimes Ill do a little mushroom or something.
