I'd like to live in a colony on Mars
Id like to run away to Arizona and live in the desert and raise goats, burrows, and javelinas. Id have a nice garden partially underground. Thats my plan when I win the lottery.

I ran away to Belgium when I was 18 to be with my girlfriend, didn't tell my Mum until she threatened to kick me out. Basically said you can't I'm going to Belgium anyway and off I went for 5 weeks and camped in a tent. I got ill from not eating properly.
Came home when my girlfriend asked when I was going home, took it as a message that I'd over stayed my welcome, so cycled 25 miles to the next city, slept rough in Brussels.
I wouldn't like to run away. A carefully planned departure is what I prefer.
Smart! Just a fun question , I always have those 1am thoughts of wanting to run away from where I live right now and disappear from work and current associates of life. Mines would be a cruise ship that travels everywhere lol but I’m scared of the deep af water
You won’t catch me on a cruise ship anytime soon, but I can think of one scenario where I’d gladly seek refuge on one. For instance, in the event of a global catastrophe where you're simply better off not being on land. Think of unprecedented meteorite impacts, like in the movie Don’t Look Up. I assume that out in the middle of the ocean, you’d suffer less damage, even if tsunamis are to be expected.
But once we as passengers have made it through the worst of it, survival becomes the priority. So, the cruise ship would need to be outfitted just like the train cars in the series Snowpiercer, featuring a deck for agriculture, a deck for livestock, power generation, water supply, and so on.
