I stumbled across a friend's user name on Reddit. This friend pretended not to know what Reddit is and said he didn't feel the need to find out more about it either.

Sorry, sorry, sorry. I gave you the wrong impression, I guess. The issue isn't that I now know all sorts of dark secrets about this person. In fact, I'd rather not know such secrets at all. I haven't saved, copied, or otherwise stored the username, precisely because I don't want to be tempted.
But maybe this will sound familiar: the harder you try not to remember something, the more likely it is to become firmly lodged in your memory. And that's exactly what happened here! Also because it isn't some nonsensical string of random characters and numbers. So now it's a matter of resisting that temptation.
I was told to install an antivirus on my dad's computer and when typing the search bar, porn links just pop up

The porn thing wouldn't bother me but the cheating, I understand how you feel. It kind of shatters the whole childhood image of "perfect parents" that many of us have. It's a sad reminder that we're all human and nobody is perfect.
I agree, but i am afraid of him since 3-4 years old lol, they fought and shouted too much. They no longer fight and hes too kind to me but the fear never went away
I accidentally saw my mom sleeping with my "uncle" when I was ~15. Some crazy years, I think my mind subconsciously blocked out most of those years.
