Is it weird that I sometimes get annoyed at the thought that one day the sun is gonna blow up and break everyone's stuff?

I just think its nonsense! What do you mean millions of years of evolution and creation is gonna get blown up at some point?

We’ll all be for dead billions of years and barely any trace of “everyone’s stuff” will be left, buried, fossilized, etc. before the sun goes kaboom.
