TIL 'demisexual' is not a half-hearted bisexual.
To be honest, maybe I should have known that there must be something between asexual and 'fully sexual'. When I first came across this word, though, here on Odds, I somehow thought that we were talking about bisexuals who are not that sure. Turns out that I was dead wrong!

The funny thing is, I took part in a pub quiz yesterday. And guess what came up? What a demisexual is. One minute you’ve never even heard the word “demisexual,” and the next it’s everywhere you turn! I’m pretty sure there’s a word for that phenomenon too…

We ended up fourth. We completely failed at recognizing the LHBTIQ flags. The intersex flag, the lesbianism flag, the straight ally flag, the asexuality flag... we couldn't tell them apart.
