Yeah, it's a cheesy, overplayed hit from the late ‘90s. But here’s the thing: even Stephen King loved Mambo No. 5 so much he played it on repeat until his wife threatened divorce. Damn!

There’s something about this song that defies logic. It’s pure, unapologetic joy. Maybe that’s its superpower. Sometimes, the most ‘boring’ gems are the ones that sneak into your heart and refuse to leave. Right?

I got rid of all my CDs, but I don't think I ever bought a Lou Bega CD.
