I hear The Boys season 5 finale is terrible

Should I even bother watching the final season? I tend to skip a lot of final seasons/books for this same reason lol.

I broke my rule for Game of Thrones and it was not worth it

It was ok. I thought it couldve been more interesting. It wasnt a bad end to the story, just a bit boring and obvious.
