New study shows people with less money age faster

I saw a similar study once that concluded rich people also live longer. I mean it tracks, the stuff poor people buy at the grocery store can hardly be called food. Also living conditions and healthcare all cost money. I find this type of "research" funny though, so they found out that being smart and successful is good for you? 🤭 Well, duh.
Interesting though albeit not too surprising. My guess is stress plays a huge role here, if not entirely. This may also be just correlation instead of causation.
"The research team found that people who experienced either persistent money struggles or persistent low income in early and middle adulthood performed less well in cognitive tests by the age of 53."
It can be argued that people who would perform lower in cognitive tests by the age of 53 are also the type who are less likely to make more money.
