Draw faster!

Cooldown has been reduced from 400ms to 250ms

Observations

People are playing really nice, not messing up other peoples work. They also collaborate frequently and fill in each others stuff. Sometimes people will 'sketch' shapes rather than draw full pictures. I assume it's because of cooldown, and to save time? I've done it myself.

The upper corners were the second most popular areas, and started getting filled after the main area.

Potential issues

iOS (iPhone and such) may have trouble registering touches on the canvas leading to draw issues. I've instituted a minor fix, but don't know if it works. Would be great to get more feedback from iPhone owners about this. Thanks to u/Federal_Zombie_9456 for reporting this issue!
