The Snack Aisle is Changing, Thanks to Gen Z and Alpha

The Nielsen data reveals that about a quarter of consumers say they are actively looking for snacks without artificial ingredients, including dyes. And these tech-savvy young consumers fact-check every brand that claims to have removed these artificial ingredients. Gen Zers are even using third-party scanning apps to verify labels, with nearly one third saying they trust the apps more than the product label itself.

What was that app that you use again for label scanning?

Yuka...you'll love it — or hate it LOL

I use, Yuka, as well. Love it!

Speaking of labels, this is the first I've seen of Gen Alpha. Make me do a 🤦‍♂️.
Whhhy does everything need a freaking lable? Gen X Y Z, Alpha, boomers. Lables are factirs in keeping society divided. Can't we all just get along? 😅

Snacks are meant to be quick, convenient and good. If you want healthy, go to the fruit section and leave my snack cakes alone. I swear if they screw with my snack cakes there's gonna be hell to pay.

no way, what kinda snack cakes are you eating lol

I like zebra cakes and mini choc. covered donuts.

I'm a bit surprised because you work out so I'd thought you eat on the healthier side lol

Now I'm curious to know what makes you think I work out. 🤔

Wait you don't? I feel like there was a workout post before or something

I knew it. You checked out the only SFW pics I posted. 😂 The truth is, I'm just naturally this sexy and fit looking. I eat like crap and never exercise. I don't even lead a very active lifestyle. When I'm not working, I'm generally sitting on my butt. The only secrete I can come up with for how well I look is a dirty mind and a good sense of humor.

😂 damn DNA did not bless me at all

Also yea, I still (mostly) take a quick review/look at everything that's posted just incase
