Thanks! The reason I didn't post it, was that I started to realize that many others may have reached the 2048 points as well. It may be less unique than I thought. And no doubt soon it will be!

What was your strategy?
I work with a 'baseline'. I accumulate the numbers in the bottom row, nowhere else. I move the blocks from left to right or from right to left in order to put the appearing blocks in the right place, but don't use the up arrow (except when there is no choice).
