MLB Player of the Week Awards for the AL and NL

José Ramírez of the Cleveland Guardians has won his 9th player of the week award. At the plate he went 8-for-22 (.364 BA) with a double, four homers, five RBIs and five steals (leads the league with 10 stolen bases). He also walked eight times for an on base percentage of .533.

Nico Hoerner of the Chicago Cubs has won his 1st player of the week award. At the plate he went 9-for-26 (.346 BA) with two homers, 11 RBIs (tied for the league lead with 21 RBIs), and two steals.
