Being the little lights in our daily lives
I just had a great interaction at my local cafe this past weekend and wanted to share =). I've been going there every other Saturday for an iced coffee, and this past Saturday I noticed the barista had dyed her hair. I asked if she dyed her hair and gave her a quick compliment on the color, and her eyes lit up.

A stranger paid me a compliment today. It was one of those days where someone randomly says exactly what you needed to hear. Definitely ended my day with a lighter heart.

This is a place to share those moments: the cashier who covered someone's coffee when their card declined, the neighbor who snowblowed the whole block during a blizzard, the driver who let you merge into heavy traffic with a friendly wave. Whether it made your day, or just caught your attention, we want to hear about it. The more we look for the little lights, the brighter our lives become.
