Any regrettable (irreparable) choices you made in your life?

Oh, my. So many…so, so many. One of my favourite sayings, helps me see the light though… “Rock bottom will teach you lessons the mountain top never will”
I don't tend to regret choices I've made, even if they turned out very bad, because I see them as a lesson, a learning opportunity, and I made my choice, so I have to live with it.
The only regret I do have, is how I handled breaking up with my ex 10 years ago - I was still too young and immature, suffering from personal trauma and pressure - and ended up really breaking her heart which I feel terrible about. Still bothers me to this day because the other choices affect mainly only myself so that's fine, but it's when it's affecting others that I struggle a bit with
