The Power of The Holy Ghost

God's Morning Word — Oct 02, 2026

Hey! It happens. We've all gone through bad times that brought our spirits down a few notches. What is important is remembering that with God, we have joy and peace, even when we find ourselves in what appears to be a hopeless situation.

See (Romans 15:13 KJV) — “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

Because we are God's children, we should never lose hope, knowing the Holy Ghost abides with us and will help us.

See (John 14:16–17 KJV) — “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.”

Rev’s Note

Brothers and sisters in Christ, let us be blessed knowing that through difficult times, we can count on the Holy Spirit’s power to help get us through.

See (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV) — “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Morning Prayer

Heavenly Father God, in faith we trust You in all aspects of our lives. So when life's struggles get us feeling down, help our faith stay strong, knowing that with You, things will get better. In our Lord Jesus Christ’s name we pray. Amen.
