Any Man Hear My Voice

God’s Morning Word — Sept. 27, 2026

One of the best things about becoming a Christian is how simple God made it for all people to become His children.

Mr. Justin Cooper believes in God, and he thanks Jesus Christ every day for the day he heard His call and asked Him into his life.

See> (Revelation 3:20 KJV) — “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

At that time, just like many other people, Justin did not fully understand what it meant that Jesus Christ died for the sake of man’s eternal soul, or that anyone who truly believes in Christ may receive God’s gift of salvation.

See> (Acts 16:31 KJV) — “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”

But God knew Justin’s heart and knew that he truly believed in Jesus Christ. Therefore, Justin was saved through his faith in Christ.

There are many people like Justin who can be saved even when they do not fully understand all the reasons why Christ died for us.

It is important to remember that God knows each of our hearts.

See> (Psalm 139:23–24 KJV) — “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”

Therefore, if any man calls upon Jesus Christ with a sincere heart, God tells us they will be saved.

See> (Romans 10:13 KJV) — “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

God knew Justin’s heart and knew that his belief in Jesus Christ was sincere, so He knew Justin had truly placed his faith in Christ.

Because God knows our hearts, He knows how we truly feel about Him. Therefore, it is not wise for us to call upon Him with an insincere heart and believe our Lord is going to save our souls

Rev’s Note

Let no man think he can falsely claim to believe in God when his heart is not truly turned toward Him. A true believer should desire to live the Christian life God calls us to live. If people only say they believe while their hearts remain far from God, they only fool themselves.

Morning Prayer

Father God, we thank You for loving us enough to send Your Son Jesus down from Heaven, so that the souls of those who truly believe in Him will not perish, but have eternal life in Heaven. Thank You, Father. In the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Rev’ James Erick Emmerick

May we all walk under our Lord and Savior’s guidance.
