Forgive Each OtherGod’s Morning Word — July 05, 2026

There is a great deal of hatred among God’s people in the world we are living in today. And it does not take a genius to see why. It is because mankind has rebelled against God’s greatest commandments: to love God and to forgive one another.

See> (Colossians 3:13 KJV) — Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man has a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

Perhaps this is why Jesus spent so much time teaching that God’s greatest commandment is for His people to love God unconditionally with their whole being, and to love their neighbors as themselves.

See> (Matthew 22:37-39) — Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Personally, I believe there is still hope for mankind to live peacefully with one another if we simply forgive and show love to each other.

As Christians, we forgive those who come against us, honoring our Father in Heaven’s will, that we love and forgive others just as His Son Jesus Christ loves and forgives us.

See> Ephesians 4:32) — And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you

Morning Prayer

Dear Father God in Heaven, please help us live our lives loving and forgiving those who come against us, those who hurt us, and those who hate us. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
