Me neither, and wiki says is out since 1995, with last update in February this year.
Looked it up, and its a modern dialect of lisp appearantly, which is pretty neat.
Yeah, I just started my self-teaching path for programming, and it used to be taught as a first programming language at MIT. They've since switched to Python, but everyone says that Racket forces you to learn the basics because it's so simple.
Is learning programming like learning a foreign language (that's what I hear is the most common example)? I don't think I have the mind especially the mathematical mind for it sadly.
Mm I wouldn’t quite say it’s the same but I also don’t know how I would describe it lol. It’s mostly like logic, reasoning, and structural design I would say. AI has changed it a bit as well
