Definitely adult stuff like taxes, actually getting a job, etc as others have mentioned
But for little children, specially from kindergarten, they should really have a subject dedicated to empathy, respecting one another, to avoid discrimination, respecting the animals and nature. Even children's safety regarding predators as we live in a world where most 5 year old are already accessing the internet.
I think for every level, should be this "life subject", teens who are going thru puberty, for example. Also stuff like self defense, it's important
How to buy a house, budget, who to talk to, do you need a lawyer a realtor ect.
How to complete your taxes, where to find information on deductions you may qualify for, what do you keep each year ect.
Likely by design but how to start something on your own, think like a business or community event.
All things I had to sort out by trial and error on my own.
I think money basics should taught regardless of course the student has.
Growing up, they taught us how to spot propaganda, fake articles, things like that.
With how many people fall for online scams, AI-posts, fake articles etc. nowadays, I have a feeling it's no longer taught anymore - and it should
