My God, IKEA entrepreneur Ingvar Kamprad is quoted in this document. Yeah, making mistakes is the privilege of the active, but IKEA is not particularly known for correcting mistakes and putting them right.

Not that IKEA is uniquely bad compared to competitors of similar scale, but its carefully cultivated wholesome image makes the gap between perception and reality a painful one.

I get that. The quote is good when you just focus on the side that promotes being creative. In the vein of doing something being better than doing nothing.

In 2010 Ingvar Kamprad still maintained that Swedish fascist Per Engdahl was a great man.

I would rather see Kamprad go unquoted forever.
