I initially read this as traits and loved the question! Then I realized it said habits hahah.
This is tricky... a habit that I have that I would want to leave behind... I'm not sure there is any. I would rather they build their own habits and be their own individual person lol.
It's not like I have any amazing or great habits anyway, I'm like the wind.
